The Site provides information about the Hotel, rooms, services, restaurant, facilities, and related activities, and helps guests contact us or book through third-party booking engines or official Hotel channels.
Bookings made through external engines (for example, Direct Book or other links) are also subject to the booking provider’s terms. Rates, availability, taxes, cancellation policies, and fees may vary by dates, season, and channel. Please review your reservation confirmation carefully.
The Hotel may request identification, card details, or a deposit under its internal policies and applicable law.
Texts, photographs, logos, trademarks, design, and other Site elements belong to the Hotel or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.
We strive to keep information current; however, descriptions, images, and services may change. If there is a discrepancy between the Site and a booking confirmation, the confirmation issued to the guest prevails.

To the extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, the Hotel is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or Site interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control (including network failures, providers, or force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Mexico. For disputes related to the Site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Oaxaca, Mexico, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
